What can the AI employee do?
- Write to customers on its own, including the first message, and keep the conversation going in Telegram, WhatsApp, imo, MAX or from your company mailbox;
- Browse the web and work with websites: search for information, apply filters, fill in forms, collect and process data;
- Collect public contact details on the web and on Google Maps;
- Work with Telegram groups and channels: read them, pick out what matters, find new channels;
- Read and add to Google Sheets, take knowledge from Google Docs;
- Exchange data with your website and CRM, answer in the website chat, handle requests, send reminders and collect feedback;
- Send you results and summaries by email, Telegram, WhatsApp or Slack;
- And much more: you describe the job in your own words, it writes the scenario itself.
Will customers realise they’re talking to an AI?
It writes in short human sentences, with pauses, in your style and under your AI employee’s name. It doesn’t introduce itself as a bot, but it doesn’t lie either: if a customer asks directly, it answers by your rule. Most clients ask us not to draw attention to it.
Can it promise a customer something it shouldn’t?
No. It answers only with facts from your knowledge base and instruction. If a fact is missing, it says it will check and creates a question for you. Every reply passes a validator: no invented prices or amounts, no internal details. At the start, every reply goes through your pre-moderation.
Why pay $15 a month if I can order a similar chat for less?
You can, and a chat put together in an evening costs little at the start. The bill comes later. When it starts making up prices and terms, answering off topic or tactlessly, customers leave, and restoring a reputation takes far more time and money than the chat ever cost. A hastily built chat is also an open door: a crafted message can make it reveal its instructions, the ChatGPT API key or your site’s configuration. Our chat answers only from your knowledge base, every reply passes a validator, and the keys stay on our server, never in the browser or in front of the model. Every week we run it through a set of current attacks (prompt injection, instruction leaks, jailbreaks, malicious files) and close whatever we find; uploaded files are checked by their content and for hidden text, and suspicious traffic is blocked by our firewall. The $15 a month pays for this ongoing work, not just for the widget.
Where can your online chat work?
- On your website: one line of code or the WordPress plugin;
- Without a website, right in the kra.name panel: a private chat with the same answers from your knowledge base;
- In your AI assistant (e.g. Dots, Claude or Codex) over MCP: it gets the chat’s answer with the same persona and knowledge base, and can also set the chat up for you: knowledge base, FAQ, role;
- In Telegram, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp Business Cloud API and VK: connect your own account and the chat answers there with the same knowledge.
The $15 online chat plan includes its AI limit. WhatsApp may have separate Meta charges after its free monthly allowance.
When does the paid month of the website chat start?
With the first message your chat receives: from a website visitor or from you in the panel’s private chat. Test messages in the preview while you set it up do not count. If you pay today and connect the chat a week later, your 30 paid days still start only with the first message. You can pay for the chat right on this page: after payment a sign-in link to set your password arrives by email.
Won’t the WhatsApp number get blocked?
Connecting your own number is included. If you want a number from AI Worker, order a SIM for $5/month per number; one SIM can carry one account in each selected channel. New accounts warm up for two weeks and follow daily limits. Any automation carries some risk, and a blocked number may need replacing.
How long does launch take?
A typical job (booking, leads, reminders) launches in one or two days: instruction, knowledge base, channel setup, the first 20–30 conversations under pre-moderation. An unusual job we discuss first and show a demo conversation before payment.
What about my data and conversations?
Conversations are stored in your dashboard and visible only to you. The number and accounts are bound to your AI employee. When the rental ends, browser profiles and messenger sessions are wiped; you receive an export of the conversations in advance.
What if the law requires my data to stay in my country?
Today your account data — conversations, contacts, the knowledge base and files — is stored on AI Worker servers, and AI employees' servers come from a shared pool in different countries: we do not choose or guarantee the country; answers are written by the models of our AI providers. If a law or a contract requires the data to stay in your country, write to us before paying: we will work out which data this covers and what can be done right now. We are preparing a way to connect the client's own server in their country: the AI employee will run there and your conversations, contacts and files will be stored there, while we keep only the account and billing. We will say so here once it works. Write to us.
Can I connect my CRM or website?
Yes. There is an API for passing contacts and tasks, webhooks for conversation events (new lead, hand-over to a manager, promised date) and a chat widget for your site. Ready-made integrations with your CRM are built on request on the Max plan.
Where does the AI employee get the people to write to?
From an audience you create in the dashboard: a CSV or Excel file, a Google Sheet with a row filter, a URL on your site with leads, online collection by a description of who to find and where, or contacts pushed via the API from your CRM. Contacts are normalised, duplicates and “do not contact” removed, and only then does the campaign start writing.
Can one AI employee handle several different jobs?
Yes. Each job gets a scenario with its own instruction, rules, knowledge base and test cases: bookings, reminders, reactivation, reviews. The AI employee’s general settings apply on top of every scenario, and each campaign or inbound conversation lives in its own scenario.
