Who handles your data
The controller of personal data submitted through this website is FOP Klymenko Roman. For privacy requests, contact email.
What we collect and why
When you send a question, order, or audit request, we receive the details you enter, the page and language, and your IP address. We use them to answer your request, discuss a service, prevent abuse and maintain a record of the conversation. We do not use these forms to subscribe you to marketing messages.
Legal basis and sharing
Answering a request and taking steps before a contract are the primary purposes. Security checks and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interests. The request may be handled through our hosting, email and administrator notification providers. Google reCAPTCHA is loaded when you submit a form to detect automated abuse; Google may process device and network data under its own privacy terms. If you use the website chat, its message content is sent to an AI model provider to generate a reply.
Retention and your rights
We keep requests for as long as necessary to handle them and meet applicable legal obligations. Website chat conversations, including their IP addresses, are deleted 30 days after the last message. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and complain to your local supervisory authority. Contact email.
Cookies and local storage
A first-party cookie aiw_cookie_choice remembers your choice for 180 days. If you permit optional storage, a partner referral code may be kept in local storage and the aiw_ref cookie for up to 90 days. It attributes a later order to the referring partner. Declining or withdrawing optional storage removes this code. Requested functions, such as a chat you open or form security, may use necessary storage. This landing page does not install analytics or advertising cookies.
Access and security logs
Your AI employee runs on a server we provide to you. To investigate abuse and answer lawful requests we keep logs: sign-ins to the panel (time, IP address, browser), use of API keys and connected AI apps, desktop opens, browser sessions, task runs, the web server log, and which customer used which server and its IP address when. Passwords, keys and page content are never logged. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and defending our rights.
- 6 months: detailed logs of actions and of access to the servers.
- 3 years: sign-in records and records of who used which server and IP address. This is the limitation period for claims.
- Records about a specific incident or a request from a competent authority are kept until the matter is closed and 3 more years.
Copies of the logs are kept in a tamper-proof archive (Backblaze B2, EU) until the end of these periods and are then deleted automatically.
Browser extension “AI Worker — tasks in your browser”
The extension for Chrome, Edge and Firefox runs your AI employee’s tasks on websites in your own browser. It has a single purpose: open the websites you listed in a task in a separate tab, run the task’s steps and return the result to your AI Worker panel.
- What is sent. Only the results of the task’s steps: what the task read on the task’s websites (for example titles, links and text of listings), the AI’s decisions, the run report and, when a step asks for it, a screenshot or a file from a link. This data goes to kra.name and to our node servers n{number}.kra.name and is stored with the task in your account.
- What is never sent. Cookies, passwords, autofill data, browsing history and the content of tabs that are not part of the task.
- Website access. The extension does not ask for access to all websites up front. The browser asks you once for each website of a task, and you can revoke that access in the extension’s settings.
- What stays in the browser. The device’s connection key and a few unsent reports while the connection is down.
- How to stop. Disconnect the browser in the panel (Tasks → Browsers) or remove the extension: the key stops working and no more tasks run in that browser.
The extension never downloads or runs code from the server, shows no ads, and the data is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what is listed above.
