1.1. This document is a public offer by FOP Klymenko Roman Oleksandrovych (sole proprietor) (the Provider) to conclude an agreement for AI Worker services on the terms below, under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1.2. The offer is accepted by paying for a service, or by registering in the client panel and then paying. From acceptance, the person who paid (the Client) has concluded the agreement on these terms.

1.3. Prices, plan contents and service descriptions are published on kra.name under Pricing and on the service pages and form part of this agreement.

2. Subject

2.1. The Provider gives the Client access to the AI Worker software service — an AI employee that answers the Client's customers in messengers, on the website and by e-mail — and provides:

2.2. Data is collected only from publicly available sources, in line with personal-data law and the source websites' rules. The Provider does not access closed data, does not bypass sign-in and does not collect information whose distribution is restricted by law.

3. Price and payment

3.1. Prices are shown in US dollars as the base price. Payment is made in Ukrainian hryvnias at the National Bank of Ukraine rate of the payment day; the exact amount in UAH is shown on the payment page before you confirm.

3.2. Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted through WayForPay. Card details are entered on WayForPay's secure page and are never passed to the Provider.

3.3. The subscription is paid monthly in advance. With the Client's consent the payment renews automatically each month; auto-renewal can be switched off in the client panel at any time.

3.4. Data collection is paid for the actual number of records delivered at the rate on the service page; audits at the price agreed before work starts.

3.5. The Client's payment obligation is fulfilled when the funds reach the Provider's account.

4. Delivery times

4.1. The client panel opens right after payment. The AI employee's server and channels are connected within 1 business day.

4.2. Data collection and audit times are stated in the agreed request, usually 1 to 10 business days.

4.3. A service is delivered: a subscription — when access for the paid period is opened; a one-off service — when the result is handed to the Client.

5. Rights and obligations

5.1. The Provider delivers the services on time and with due care, keeps the service running and keeps the Client's data confidential.

5.2. The Client provides accurate details, uses the service lawfully, sends no spam and does not use the service to infringe the rights of others.

5.3. The Provider may suspend the services for non-payment or a breach of these terms after notifying the Client.

6. Refunds

6.1. Refunds follow the Refund policy, which forms part of this agreement.

7. Liability

7.1. The parties are liable under the law of Ukraine. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount the Client paid for the period concerned.

7.2. The Provider is not liable for outages caused by third-party services (messengers, hosting, payment systems) or by force majeure.

8. Personal data

8.1. Personal data is processed under the Privacy notice and the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection».

9. Term and changes

9.1. The agreement remains in force until both parties have fulfilled their obligations. The Provider may change the offer by publishing a new version on the website; changes do not affect periods already paid.

9.2. Disputes are settled by negotiation, or otherwise in court under the law of Ukraine.
